You are free to stick as many on for as long as you like, but if you wear B-mag for a long time over an extended period of time, its effects gradually weaken, so please use it in moderation when necessary. B-mag's effects remain for a whileafter it has been taken off.

Items (1) and (2) are advice on basic use, and items (3) and on are advice from specialists

.(1)Apply it to places that are sore or stiff.

(2)Apply it to acupuncture pressure points. For more information, refer to this site:http://www.tubodesu.com/

< Basic way anyone can use set of two B-mags.>

(Using only the silver side)

1.Stick one in between the hollow nape between first and second cervical vertebrae.

This is the starting point for the spinal cord, and if the nerve tangles are removed the messages from the brain to the organs will be better transmitted, and the entire body will feel invigorated.

You can expect results similar to cervical vertebrae chiropractic care requiring advanced techniques.

2.Stick one between cervical vertebrae number 7 and thoracic vertebrae number 1. < If there are four B-mags (or after you have done 1 and 2)>

3.Place one on your left and right guanyuanshu (lumbar). (It is a little above the inside of the point where your pelvis juts out). This is an iliolumbar ligament firmly stabilizes the lumbar vertebrae and the pelvis, and this is a major point in diagnosing back pain and treatment. *There is the chance that the B-mag may fall off, so if you keep it in place by putting kinesio tape over it, you can use it without any worries. In particular, since there is hair between cervical vertebrae numbers 1 and 2, it will not stick if you do not use kinesio tape. Also, even if hair causes the B-mag to rise a little above the skin, it is not a problem since the magnetism can extend up to 7 cm.

Recently, in the treatments I have been performing at my clinic for muscular and myofascial lines, in contrast to the treatment points normally performed, like acupuncture treatment and adjustments, we had really good results when we tried B-Mag.

Treatment points are the end of abnormal muscular and myofascial lines,

and through examinations we look for abnormal lines and treatment points then perform treatments. Normally, when you use a magnetic therapy device, you choose whether to use the north or south pole(the silver side), but with B-Mag, we only used the south pole.

Based on the needs at our clinic, we have the patients wear B-Mag for 5-10 minutes.

・I think that by attaching B-Mag to the appropriate spot, there are quick, clear, and continuous results in a short period of time.

・B-Mag has the same effects as acupuncture, so I wholeheartedly recommend B-Mag to patients who have fear or resistance toward acupuncture.

・Even for the same pain symptoms, the treatment points are different for each patient, so it is difficult to find the exact spot to place it for particular symptoms.

I will continue to do a little more research on this.

Normally, I stick B-Mag on my neck when I have headaches.

When I firmly and slowly press along the “sternocleidonastoid muscle”

http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%83%B8%E9%8E%96%E4%B9%B3%E7%AA%81%E7%AD%8B

which starts from the back of the ear and runs along the collarbone, there is a place that feels good although it hurts (I call it itakimo ‘painfully feels good’), so I feel better after sticking a B-Mag there for two hours. Using a map of Japan as an analogy, we can think of the pressure points as being like the train stations in each area.

You want to take the Shinkansen (blood) to Sapporo, but heavy snow in Aomori has naturallychanged all that. Maybe it is like saying B-Mag is a sudden burst of high pressure that melts the snow away?
